Element, a remote-first team, seeks a hybrid Pre-Sales Engineer and Technical Customer Success professional to drive adoption of Matrix and Element's stack across UK and US audiences. You will split time between pre-sales demonstrations, architecture reviews, RFPs, and post-sales design, deployment, and guidance, collaborating with Account Executives and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1+).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of Linux, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Familiarity with directory services and authentication (LDAP/AD/OIDC/SSO).
• Experience in technical roles serving enterprise or government clients.
• Scripting or programming knowledge (Python, JS).
• Familiarity with web technologies and client/server architecture.
• Familiarity with Git.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pre-Sales Engineering: demos, architecture reviews, technical validation, RFP responses, and discovery conversations.
• Own Post-Sales delivery: design customer solutions, deployment, and integration guidance.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to land new business and represent customer voice internal.
