Job summary

Qualifications

• Service design experience with a strong grounding in service-thinking and user-centred outcomes.

• UK National status, with a minimum of 5 years UK residency.
• AI knowledge and/or practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Support a programme of work focused on better managing content management across the department.
• Design and improve service experiences within a transformation environment.
