Harvey Nash Plc is seeking an experienced Service Designer for a remote UK contract, with occasional travel to Leeds or Manchester. Initial 6 months, likely extension, Inside IR35, day rate negotiable.

You will work within a multidisciplinary Agile team to design and improve end-to-end services, creating service blueprints, journey maps and ecosystem models from discovery through to live.

Formación

• Demonstrable commercial experience as a Service Designer.
• Strong background delivering digital transformation projects.
• Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Design and improve end-to-end digital services across the full service life cycle.
• Map current and future state services using a range of service design techniques.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Translate complex user, business and operational needs into practical service improvements.
• Work closely with User Researchers to ensure evidence drives design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Delivery Managers to prioritise service improvements.
• Create service blueprints, journey maps, ecosystem maps and operational models.
• Balance user needs with technical, operational and policy constraints.
• Present recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders
