Job summary

Apogee Corporation Ltd is seeking a Professional Services Lead Technical Consultant to join our national remote team. This senior, hands-on role leads complex customer implementations and supports high-profile escalations across managed print, document management, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will work across Microsoft Azure and cloud environments, coaching engineers, and collaborating with Sales, Service and Account Management to deliver value for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale or enterprise software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud environments (Azure).
• Experience with digital transformation or business automation.
• Ability to coach and mentor technical colleagues.
• Comfort working directly with senior customer stakeholders and pre-sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and deployment of complex software solutions for enterprise customers.
• Own and resolve complex implementations and high-profile escalations.
• Coach Technical Consultants and Engineers through guidance and training.
• Develop technical capability across the team and maintain certifications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Account Management throughout the customer journey.
• Build strong relationships with software vendors and partners.
• Provide clear communication during implementations, incidents, and changes.
