Job summary

Apogee Corporation is seeking a Professional Services Lead Technical Consultant to join its Professional Services team. This senior, hands-on role leads complex customer implementations across managed print, document management, and digital transformation solutions.

You will work across Microsoft Azure and cloud-based environments, mentor Technical Consultants and Engineers, and shape standards and best practices for the wider technical team while engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong technical consulting experience with ownership of complex customer environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale or enterprise software implementations.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or developing technical colleagues.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and deployment of complex software solutions across enterprise customers.
• Deliver solutions across customer IT environments including Microsoft Azure and cloud infra.
• Take technical ownership of complex implementations and escalations through to resolution.
• Coach and guide Technical Consultants and Engineers with training and guidance.
• Develop technical capability across the team and keep certifications current.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and other technical teams throughout the customer journey.
