Job summary

Apogee Corporation is seeking a Professional Services Lead Technical Consultant to drive complex enterprise deployments and provide hands-on technical leadership across UK customers. You will lead installations, architect solutions and guide teams through high-profile escalations.

You will work across managed print, document management, intelligent scanning, digital transformation and business automation, including Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise software deployments.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Azure and cloud environments.
• Experience in managed print, document management, and digital workflow solutions.
• Background in digital transformation or business automation.
• Experience handling complex technical escalations.
• Confident in engaging with senior client stakeholders.
• Knowledge of pre-sales and the wider sales cycle.
• Experience coaching or mentoring technical colleagues.
• Understanding of change management in customer environments.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and deployment of complex software solutions across strategic and enterprise customers.
• Provide technical ownership through complex implementations and escalations to resolution.
• Coach and mentor Technical Consultants and Engineers.
• Develop technical capability across the team and maintain relevant certifications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Account Management and other technical teams throughout the customer journey.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders during implementations, incidents and changes.
• Support pre-sales with technical expertise on complex requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency of Professional Services.
