Job summary
Apogee Corporation is seeking a Professional Services Lead Technical Consultant to drive complex software deployments across enterprise customers. You will own technically challenging implementations, lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants in a senior, hands-on role.
You will work across managed print, document management, digital transformation and business automation solutions, with focus on Azure and cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering large-scale or enterprise software implementations.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Background in digital transformation or business automation.
- Experience coaching, mentoring or developing technical colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation and deployment of complex software solutions across enterprise customers.
- Deliver solutions across a variety of customer IT environments, including Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure.
- Take technical ownership of complex implementations and escalations through to resolution.
- Support Technical Consultants and Engineers through coaching, training and technical guidance.
- Develop best practices and improve technical processes to increase efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
