Job summary

Apogee Corporation Ltd is seeking a seasoned Professional Services Lead Technical Consultant to drive complex deployments and customer engagements across the UK. You will lead enterprise deployments, provide tactical technical leadership, and shape best practices for the wider technical team.

You will work across managed print, document management, intelligent scanning, digital transformation and business automation, including deployments within Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale or enterprise software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.
• Background in digital transformation or business automation.
• Experience coaching or mentoring technical colleagues.
• Confidence working directly with senior customer stakeholders.
• Understanding of pre-sales and wider sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and deployment of complex software solutions across enterprise customers.
• Provide technical ownership of complex implementations and escalations through to resolution.
• Coach and train Technical Consultants and Engineers.
• Develop best practices and improve technical processes for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Account Management and other technical teams.
• Support pre-sales with technical requirements and solutions.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
