Job summary

Apogee Corporation Ltd in the UK is seeking a Senior Professional Services Lead Technical Consultant to lead complex customer deployments and mentor junior colleagues.

You will own technical engagements across managed print, document management, and cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, with regular travel to customer sites and occasional office visits. This remote, nationwide role offers an excellent salary and a company car or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Strong technical consulting experience with ownership of complex customer environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale or enterprise software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.
• Experience within managed print services, document management, intelligent scanning or digital workflow solutions.
• Background in digital transformation or business automation.
• Experience supporting complex technical escalations
• Confidence working directly with senior customer stakeholders
• Knowledge of pre-sales and the wider sales cycle
• Experience coaching, mentoring or developing technical colleagues
• Understanding of change management within customer environments
• Proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and customer service

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and deployment of complex software solutions across strategic and enterprise customers.
• Deliver solutions across Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure.
• Take technical ownership of complex implementations and escalations through to resolution.
• Coach, train and guide Technical Consultants and Engineers.
• Help develop technical capability across the team and ensure certifications stay current.
• Engage with senior customer stakeholders during major implementations and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners.
• Develop best practices and improve processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Account Management and other technical teams.
• Provide clear communication to customers and internal stakeholders during implementations and changes.
• Support pre-sales with technical expertise on complex requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency of delivery.
