Job summary

Twilio is hiring a remote Senior Solutions Engineer for the UK region. You will partner with sales to run pre-sales activities, craft technical demonstrations, and design scalable API solutions using JavaScript, React, Node.js, Vue, Angular and Python.

The role requires leading complex demonstrations, advising customers, and mentoring junior engineers while working in a remote-first environment with occasional in-person gatherings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products or 10+ years of professional experience supporting technical products with customer facing experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities including opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, RFP, design documentation, technical presentations and enablement sessions
• Lead technical pre-sales relationship, drive technical discovery, propose architectures, demonstrate the product, and craft innovative solutions
• Establish trust with customers by understanding technical pains through discovery to design and present solutions
• Build and present highly interactive, complex product demonstrations to showcase Twilio’s capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor less experienced Presales Engineers and share reusable material
