Job summary

Wildix, a remote-first UCaaS pioneer, seeks a UK Pre-Sales Engineer to own the technical side of the sales cycle. You will collaborate with Sales, partners, and customers to define solutions, deliver demos, and guide architectural decisions across UK & Ireland.

You will design UC&C solutions, support RFPs/POCs, and help the team win deals while staying customer-focused and technically credible.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B pre-sales or Sales Engineering experience in UCaaS or related technology.
• Strong technical understanding of UC&C and telecommunications, including APIs and integrations.
• Strong technical sales and commercial skills, with the ability to translate complex tech into business value.
• Experience supporting RFPs, tenders, or POCs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical side of the sales cycle with Sales, partners, and customers to understand business and technical challenges.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations, communicating value to technical and business audiences.
• Design and support UC&C solutions, including architecture, security, APIs, integrations, networks, and contact centre.
• Collaborate with partners on RFPs, tenders, and POC installations to meet objectives.
