Wing is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (Remote) to join our global team. You will make outbound calls, qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and use Salesforce to track progress.

This fully remote role aligns with EST hours and requires strong English communication and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment. You will build relationships, escalate opportunities to Account Executives, and contribute to a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound role.
• Experience using Salesforce and Dialpad or similar dialing systems.
• Experience with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects.
• Qualify business owners and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and lead status in Salesforce.
• Escalate opportunities to Account Executives when ready.
• Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
