Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify potential customers, qualify leads, and book demos for the sales team. This remote-first role leverages our AI-powered platform to streamline prospecting and accelerate growth.

You'll work in a fast-paced SaaS environment, collaborating with sales and marketing, maintaining records in the CRM, and driving early-stage opportunity creation across our global customer base.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and interests.
• Schedule demos and appointments for the sales team.
