Job summary

Precision for Medicine is expanding its European team and seeks a Sales Operations Specialist II. The role is fully remote from the UK and several European countries, focusing on supporting BD processes and Salesforce data integrity to drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales Development to optimize inbound/outbound BD efforts, coordinate events, and deliver weekly BD performance reports to the Executive Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with 2+ years in a business development role, or 8+ years in CRO BD experience.
• High level of proficiency in Salesforce and reporting functionality.

Responsibilities

• Manage new BD enquiries and coordinate with Marketing for BD outreach.
• Triager inbound leads with Marketing/Sales Development.
• Assist in territory plans and growth strategy with Sales Development partners.
• Provide on-the-ground support for BD tasks (RFI, CDA coordination, etc).
• Maintain and track Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences data in Salesforce.
