Job summary

Tangible is a fast-growing, tech-driven platform delivering liquidity solutions to LPs in private markets. We’re seeking a BD Operations Coordinator to support the sales process in London, from researching prospects to preparing meetings and maintaining high-quality data in the CRM.

You’ll work closely with BD Representatives and senior leadership to identify, develop, and manage commercial opportunities, ensuring actions are captured and follow-ups tracked so the team can focus on

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and take ownership.
• Experience with CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-potential prospects across target markets.
• Build prospect lists and support outbound campaigns.
• Prepare meeting briefs and background research for BD meetings.
• Take clear notes and produce concise meeting summaries.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Support timely follow-up and progress of actions.
