• Advanced expertise in preventing and managing violence and aggression.
• Current or former certified instructor in a recognized physical intervention program.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering high-quality training.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, delivery and quality assurance of Physical Intervention teams.
• Oversee curriculum design and accreditation including BILD accreditation process.
• Collaborate to embed learning and reduce reliance on restrictive interventions.

Skills

Expertise in preventing and managing violence
