Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in an advised Protection role.
• Willingness to achieve CeMAP, CertPro or R05 within first 3 months.
• Experience with whole of market (WOM) or large panel.

Responsibilities

• Picking up live transfers and pre-booked calls.
• Arranging protection reviews with customers.
• Conducting in-depth reviews of customers' protection needs.
• Providing advice and recommending protection products.
• Completing insurance applications and medical questionnaires.
• Producing insurance quotes and issuing policy documentation.
