A reliable recruitment firm is looking for a Remote Property Management Assistant to manage operations for residential rental properties. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Property Manager Assistant to oversee the daily operations of our residential rental properties. The ideal candidate will have proven experience using tools like Buildium, be proficient in Google Sheets, and demonstrate deep knowledge of Section 8 and other housing subsidy programs. Familiarity with Minnesota state laws regarding violations and evictions is preferable.
You will be responsible for marketing vacancies, leasing units, collecting rent (including delinquent accounts), and maintaining positive but firm relationships with tenants. We are looking for someone who is both empathetic and assertive, with a strong track record in leasing and collections.
