Reserv is hiring a Claims Team Lead to manage a high-performing team handling real property and auto losses. You will drive efficiency through technology and analytics, maintain high quality standards, and ensure regulatory and client SLAs are met.

The role requires leadership, deep claims expertise, and the ability to work in a remote-first environment while delivering excellent service to clients and customers.

Qualificações

• Degree in insurance, business, or related field with relevant certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in insurance claims across multiple lines, with property/auto favored.
• 3+ years in leadership, preferably remote.
• Comfort with technology and evolving systems to improve efficiency.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Integrity, ethics, and accountability in handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Manage specialists handling high-volume real property and auto losses.
• Achieve or exceed goals; address obstacles promptly.
• Implement and maintain best practices for evaluation and settlement.
• Monitor claims data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Align team with client/customer expectations of loss resolution.
• Serve as resource for escalations and complex issues.
• Ensure accuracy and adequacy of reserving; mitigate fraud.
• Foster teamwork and professional development; manage performance.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Compliance, and Claim Operations.
• Build relationships with policyholders, agents, brokers, and legal reps.
• Prepare loss reports and advise clients on trends and mitigation.
