Reserv seeks a Team Lead for its Third Party Property Damage unit in the UK. You will oversee a high-volume team handling real property and auto losses, driving efficiency through analytics and technology while upholding quality and regulatory standards.

The role requires 5+ years in claims across multiple lines and 3+ years in leadership, with a remote-friendly setup. You will collaborate across departments to resolve complex losses and deliver strong client outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in insurance, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in insurance claims across multiple lines, with property/auto experience preferred.
• 3+ years leadership experience, with remote environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of claims specialists handling real property and auto losses.
• Achieve or exceed goals while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
