Job summary

KAI Conversations is seeking an analyst to own end-to-end BI projects—from raw data to client-ready reports—within a pharma context. You will blend conversation analytics with CRM data (Veeva, Salesforce) and use AI tools to drive insights across brand marketing, LOCs, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Direct pharma commercial, marketing, or brand analytics experience.
• Strong statistical grounding and ability to turn messy data into defensible findings.
• Experience with AI-driven analysis (LLMs) for substantive analysis, not just drafting.

Responsibilities

• Combine conversation analytics with CRM data to answer client questions.
• Audit datasets end to end and flag data quality issues early.
• Develop repeatable analysis methods and responsible AI instruction design.
• Create infographic-style visuals and tailor reports for different audiences.
• Collaborate with UI/UX to translate concepts into usable dashboards.
• Present findings to stakeholders and defend methodology.
