Job summary

GitLab is seeking a New Business Solutions Architect in the EMEA region to guide prospects through the DevSecOps lifecycle using the GitLab platform. You will own technical evaluations, design solution architectures, and work with cross-functional teams to drive platform adoption and revenue growth.

Reporting to a regional Solutions Architect manager, you will build trust-based relationships with customers and partners, and help shape GitLab’s differentiated AI-driven approach across cloud

Qualifications

• Experience with technical pre-sales and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on with GitLab or similar tools.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts.
• Ability to lead evaluations, design workshops.
• Clear technical communication across practitioners to executives.
• Customer empathy and relationship-building.
• Willingness to learn and grow within GitLab platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and proofs of value across the full lifecycle.
• Own the technical evaluation process, workshops, and tenders.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales to shape account strategies.
• Build relationships with technical and business leaders guiding transformation.
• Advise on modern software development, cloud practices, and security.
• Share customer feedback with Product Management and Engineering.
• Develop reusable technical collateral and best practices.
