Job summary

A leading legal recruitment firm seeks an experienced Locum Personal Injury Solicitor for a fully remote position. This role focuses solely on progressing an existing caseload of Road Traffic Accident and Clinical Negligence cases, without taking on new work. Ideal candidates will be qualified solicitors or legal executives with significant PI experience, demonstrating an ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Immediate or short notice starters are preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Personal Injury law, particularly RTA and Clinical Negligence.
• Able to manage and progress existing caseload independently.
• Comfortable working fully remotely and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Progress and manage existing Personal Injury caseload.
• Deal with Road Traffic Accident and Clinical Negligence claims.
• Start immediately or with short notice.
