Job summary

Preply Inc. is seeking a Global Senior CRM & Lifecycle Designer to shape lifecycle experiences across email, push, in-app and landing pages. You’ll connect CRM to the broader product journey, turning data-driven insights into engaging moments for learners at scale.

Based in London/Barcelona with a hybrid setup, you’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Copy and Content to design CRM as a core product surface and drive measurable impact across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience designing CRM, lifecycle, or product experiences in fast-moving digital environments.
• Product thinking—connect user journeys, product experiences, and lifecycle communications into one cohesive system.
• Creativity—develop concepts, not just execution, bringing storytelling into lifecycle moments.
• Craft—strong foundation in visual design, layout, hierarchy, and composition.
• Collaboration—comfortable working cross-functionally and contributing beyond design execution.

Responsibilities

• Design as Product — Treat CRM as a core product surface, translating goals into lifecycle experiences with hypotheses and user behavior in mind.
• Create Connected Experiences — Design across the full user journey, ensuring consistency between in-product UX and CRM.
• Concept & Elevate — Develop strong creative concepts turning touchpoints into engaging, on-brand moments.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally — Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Copy, and Content to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Design for Impact — Use data and insights to iterate and improve performance across high-impact lifecycle touchpoints.
