Job summary

Mates Incorporated is seeking a senior CRM lead to own client accounts and manage a small team of CRM specialists. The role blends hands-on execution with team leadership, focusing on email, lifecycle marketing and performance reporting.

You will work remotely with international brands, shaping CRM standards and playbooks while growing the team and ensuring high-quality delivery. The position offers strong growth and partnership pathways.

Qualifications

• Five+ years hands-on email, CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy and execution.
• Deep Klaviyo experience: campaigns, flows, segmentation, forms, personalisation and reporting.
• Experience managing several client accounts simultaneously, ideally in an agency.
• Confident with clients: clear presentation, constructive pushback and recommendations.
• Experience mentoring CRM specialists and reviewing their work.
• Strong analytics with deliverability, QA and HTML email grounding.

Responsibilities

• Plan campaign calendars and set email strategy with each client.
• Own lifecycle programmes: audits, tests, improvements, new programmes, builds.
• Lead hands-on work in Klaviyo, Braze and other platforms: setup, segmentation, personalisation, dynamic content.
• Own performance reporting and explain results with next steps.
• Brief designers and builders and ensure thorough testing before send.
• Coach and review CRM specialists to run accounts independently.
