Job summary

Gofractional is seeking a Lifecycle Coordinator to power retention during a key transformation. You will own day-to-day email campaigns, QA, scheduling, and cross-channel activity with the digital and creative teams.

You bring hands-on CRM/ESP experience (ideally Ometria), strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an appetite for AI-enabled productivity. London-based, 6-month FTC, in-office.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CRM/ESP platforms in premium DTC environments.
• Ability to own build, QA and deployment processes with minimal ramp-up time.
• Strong organization and time management to juggle daily tasks and longer projects.
• Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking campaign performance.
• Meticulous attention to detail for links, layout, and quality across emails.
• Cross-functional collaboration and proactive communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day delivery of the email marketing calendar, including build, testing, QA and scheduling to ensure on-brand, on-time communications.
• Support execution of lifecycle initiatives including product launches, promotions, automated journeys and cross-channel activity (email, SMS, direct mail).
• Coordinate assets with Creative, Copy and internal teams ensuring briefs, tracking and timelines are met using Asana.
• Carry out pre-send checks across campaigns, reviewing links, content, segmentation, personalisation, tracking and rendering.
• Monitor performance post-deployment, provide actionable insights for testing, optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to inform planning and channel development.
• Explore and use AI tools to improve workflows, while maintaining brand controls.
• Maintain campaign documentation and shared resources for the wider team.
• Build strong relationships across Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce and Trading to align lifecycle activity with priorities.
