Job summary

Ideas People Trust, part of BDO UK's learning and development team, seeks a Senior Manager to design and curate impactful audit-focused learning solutions. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, lead multiple programmes, and coach junior members, delivering high-quality outcomes across the UK.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager level with background in programme development.
• Audit experience or experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
• Formal L&D qualifications are advantageous but not essential given proven experience.
• Strong relationship and collaboration skills is required.
• Ability to coach, develop and inspire team members.
• Skills in translating learning needs into objectives and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate impactful learning solutions for the Audit curriculum to meet learner needs and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain business relationships to translate objectives into effective learning interventions.
• Lead a portfolio of programmes and support broader team activities including content reviews and coaching junior members.
• Introduce latest thinking and innovation to learning solutions and advocate for change where needed.
