Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Senior Learning & Development professional to design and deliver audit-focused training across the UK. You will translate business objectives into practical learning interventions and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm.

You will coach junior colleagues, lead programme portfolios, and drive a culture of continuous improvement in audit training. Travel to London hub and other locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering audit-related learning programmes.
• Ability to translate business objectives into learning interventions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate learning solutions for the Audit curriculum.
• Develop and maintain business relationships to translate objectives into learning.
• Lead programmes, coach junior members and support Learning Culture initiatives.
