Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Senior Manager in Learning & Development to lead the design and curation of impactful audit learning solutions. You will collaborate with L&D colleagues and SMEs to translate business objectives into effective programmes, manage a portfolio, coach junior members, and drive learning culture initiatives across the UK.

You will bring a background in programme development, experience in a regulated environment, and strong relationship-building and coaching skills to enable

Qualifications

• Senior Manager or Experienced Manager level with background in programme development.
• Auditing or regulated environment experience is desirable.
• Formal L&D qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential (subject to proven experience).
• Strong relationship, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach, develop, and inspire team members; excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate impactful learning solutions for the Audit curriculum, ensuring objectives and outcomes.
• Build and maintain business relationships to translate objectives into learning interventions.
• Lead a portfolio of programmes, coach junior members, and drive initiatives like Learning Library and Learning Culture.
• Introduce innovative approaches to learning design and on-site delivery where needed.
