Job summary

BDO UK in the UK is seeking a Senior Manager in Learning & Development to design and curate impactful learning solutions for the Audit curriculum, translating objectives into effective interventions and delivering measurable business outcomes.

You'll lead a portfolio, coach junior team members, build relationships with stakeholders, and pilot initiatives like the Learning Library and Learning Culture, with travel to London hub and other UK locations.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager with a background in programme development.
• Audit experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong relationship, collaboration and coaching skills.
• Ability to translate learning needs into learning objectives and actions.
