Qualifications

• Senior Manager or Experienced Manager level with a background in programme development.
• Experience in audit or regulated environments.
• Formal L&D qualifications appreciated but not required if proven experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate impactful learning solutions for the Audit curriculum to meet learner needs and goals.
• Build and maintain business relationships to translate objectives into learning interventions.
• Lead a portfolio of programmes, coach juniors, and drive initiatives like Learning Library and Learning Culture.
• Introduce innovative thinking to develop high‑quality learning solutions and advocate change where needed.
