Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Senior Manager in Learning & Development to shape and deliver audit training programmes across the UK. You will design, curate, and quality‑check learning solutions, building strong relationships with the Audit practice and Learning colleagues.

You will lead a portfolio of programmes, coach junior team members, and drive initiatives such as the Learning Library and culture. Travel across the UK to deliver on-site sessions and partner with stakeholders to achieve measurable

Qualifications

• Senior Manager or Experienced Manager with background in programme development.
• Audit experience or experience working in a regulated environment.
• Formal L&D qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential.
• Strong relationship and collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Ability to translate learning needs into learning objectives and coordinate an appropriate response.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate impactful learning solutions for the Audit curriculum.
• Develop and maintain relevant business relationships to translate objectives into learning interventions.
• Lead a portfolio of programmes and coach junior members; drive initiatives like Learning Library and Learning Culture.
• Bring latest thinking to develop high‑quality learning solutions and advocate for change.
