Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Senior Manager in Learning & Development to lead audit training programmes, design impactful learning solutions, and coach a growing team across the UK. You will collaborate with L&D peers and subject-matter experts to translate business objectives into effective interventions and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Join a collaborative, flexible environment with travel across the UK, including our London hub, delivering on-site and virtual programmes as needed to support audit

Qualifications

• Senior Manager (or Experienced Manager) with a background in programme development.
• Experience in audit or a regulated environment is preferred.
• Strong ability to coach, develop and inspire team members.
• Proven capability to translate learning needs into objectives and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate learning solutions for the Audit curriculum to meet learner needs and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships to translate objectives into effective learning interventions.
• Lead a portfolio of programmes and coach junior team members; drive Learning Library initiatives.
• Promote innovation, support on-site delivery, and share best practices across the L&D function.
