Responsibilities

  • Approve manufacturers' drawings from contractors.
  • Handle design variations and extras.
  • Attend site meetings in person or via Teams/Zoom.
  • Produce risk assessments and method statements.
  • Conduct surveys and site dimensions checking.
  • Supervise the installation of kitchen and servery equipment.
  • Address variations with suppliers promptly.
