Job summary

IT Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Service Design & Transition Manager to join a large Digital IT function overseeing a portfolio of change across 80+ projects. You will design, govern, and transition services into live operations with strong governance and operational stability.

The role requires ITIL v4 expertise, enterprise-level service design/transition experience, and the ability to manage risks, SLAs/OLAs, and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams.

Qualifications

Strong background in IT Service Management with ITIL v4 certification.
Proven enterprise-level Service Design and Service Transition experience.
Able to anticipate risks/issues early and influence stakeholders.
Experience defining and delivering process workflows, SLAs and OLAs.
Solid understanding of operational readiness and handover to BAU.
Excellent stakeholder management across technical/business/third-party teams.
Experience in RAID logs and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Act as the bridge between project delivery teams and operational support functions to ensure readiness and smooth transitions to BAU.
Support design, governance and transition of new/changed services into live operations.
Manage risks, issues and RAID logs to maintain service assurance.
