A leading Investment Bank is seeking an IT Service Design & Introduction Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services across EMEA. You will ensure services are designed and transitioned in a compliant manner, playing a key role in large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT service design within financial services and strong knowledge of ITIL v4 principles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Service Design and Transition within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 principles and service management tools.
• Excellent documentation and process design skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience aligning service design to transformation and regulatory initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute Service Design Packages (SDPs) for new services.
• Ensure SLAs, OLAs, and support models are defined pre–go-live.
• Work with technical teams to ensure service resilience.
• Maintain traceability of design decisions to regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the creation of support documentation and escalation procedures.
