The role requires prior IT support experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work around the UK time zone (roughly 6am–3pm). Salary ranges £26k–£28k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous IT support experience is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and methodical problem-solving.
• Good admin/clerical skills and ability to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Log, prioritise and resolve user requests with time management.
• IT hardware remote diagnosis and support.
• Support 400+ employees and 8,000+ students remotely.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and related software.
• Escalate queries with internal IT or external partners.
