Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and supporting desktop and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of printers, projectors, interactive screens, and AV equipment.
• Basic wired/wireless networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Familiar with ITIL practices and service desk ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Be RMEducation's customer-facing IT support representative.
• Assist the service desk with delivering the IT managed support service.
• Provide school-based users with technical assistance and report issues per policy.
