Job summary

Mackenzie Jones IT seeks an IT Support Engineer (2nd Line) to support up to 800 staff across two London schools. The role is onsite, with term-time hours and flexible home-working during holidays. You will work with an IT Manager while an external MSP covers 3rd line networking.

Req. 3–4 years in 1st/2nd line support, MS 365 Admin, SharePoint, MS Teams, and knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in 1st/2nd line IT support.
• Microsoft 365 Admin, SharePoint and MS Teams experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Server AD, DNS and DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Support up to 800 staff across two schools.
• Work alongside a hands-on IT Manager.
• External MSP handles 3rd line networking tickets.
