Job summary

Northern Data is seeking a Revenue Operations & CRM Manager to own the systems, data and process backbone of the revenue engine, including the CRM platform, pipeline data integrity, and forecasting/reporting infrastructure.

In this role you will administer HubSpot (Salesforce experience welcomed), define data governance, optimize quote-to-cash, build real-time dashboards, and align finance with sales through integrated systems and adoption across the commercial team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations with CRM focus.
• Hands-on HubSpot admin; Salesforce experience welcome.
• Experience with B2B tech/services and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM system as the system of record across the revenue lifecycle.
• Define data governance, field definitions, and pipeline stages.
• Design and improve quote-to-cash processes; drive pipeline hygiene.
• Build forecasting models and real-time dashboards; provide leadership visibility.
• Integrate CRM with billing/finance and drive user adoption across the commercial team.
• Collaborate with Finance/FP&A for monthly and quarterly revenue reporting inputs.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline revenue-related processes.
