Job summary

YO AI Labs in the United Kingdom (remote) is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator for Revenue Systems in a SaaS project. You will audit and optimize CRM and revenue workflows, resolve data inconsistencies, and document actionable operational prompts.

You should bring 4–6 years hands-on CRM experience across Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365, with strong SQL/API and cross-system reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, integrations).
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
