Job summary

Abbott Diabetes Care is seeking a commercially minded Virtual Territory Manager to support the South Region, engaging healthcare decision-makers and generating opportunities for the field sales team.

You will build relationships with clinicians and NHS stakeholders, work remotely to hit KPI targets, and partner with Territory Managers to improve targeting and lead quality, while maintaining accurate CRM records and leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or virtual selling.
• Track record of booking sales-ready meetings, with evidence of results and conversion metrics.
• Experience working to KPI and activity targets.
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and manage a territory virtually.
• Resilience, persistence, and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to influence clinicians and NHS stakeholders remotely.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, AI tools, and digital technologies to drive productivity.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage healthcare decision-makers through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the field sales team.
