Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager for the Structural Heart team to cover Cambridge, Leicester, Wolverhampton, Nottingham, Birmingham and Coventry in a Midlands focus. This field-based role requires you to be based within the region and work remotely from Solihull, driving growth and building trusted healthcare professional relationships.

You will lead territory strategy, engage clinicians and procurement, provide clinical and technical support, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth

Qualifications

• Degree level essential; Masters/PhD in a relevant field preferred (e.g. health economics).
• Experience in healthcare sales or clinical Cath Lab settings is desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen with a collaborative mindset is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of the healthcare landscape and procurement processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to grow revenue in Midlands venues.
• Build relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and commercial leaders within assigned accounts.
• Provide clinical and therapy support to demonstrate value and appropriate use of Abbott technologies.
• Use market insight and account intelligence to identify opportunities and prioritise activity.
• Maintain territory records, forecasts, and reports to support planning and performance.
