risr/ is seeking an Events Specialist to own the delivery of all events, conferences, exhibitions, community days and webinars. You will work with the go-to-market team to plan, book venues or venues, manage suppliers and on-site logistics, and report on outcomes.

Most work is remote from the UK; occasional UK event attendance and overseas travel may occur. A proactive, organised candidate with strong English communication will thrive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience planning events from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-event juggling ability.
• Strong attention to detail to avoid missed forms or deadlines.
• Confidence building relationships with venues, organisers and teams across time zones.
• Experience running webinars or online events (Zoom or similar).

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of international conferences, exhibitions and customer events.
• Coordinate with marketing, BD and account teams to plan and execute events.
• Manage venues, suppliers, stand builds and on-site services.
• Oversee registrations, attendee communications and on-the-day logistics.
• Track costs, brief teams, and report outcomes and learning.
• Plan and deliver risr/-hosted events across regions.
• Set up and manage webinars, user groups, and online events.
