Job summary

Grip.Events is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own post-sale implementations for a portfolio of event-organiser clients. You will translate solutions into delivery plans, lead platform setup, and ensure events run on time and within scope.

You will coordinate with internal teams and clients, guiding platform configuration, data readiness, and activation strategies to maximize event outcomes. This is a highly client-facing, fast-paced delivery role requiring onsite attendance as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in project management or event delivery.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and registration systems.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to lead meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned client events, from kickoff to post-event closeout.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and client status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Customer Success, Solutions, Product, Support, and Sales.
• Guide clients on platform configuration and best practices to ensure event success.
