risr/ is hiring an Events Specialist (UK-based, fully remote) to own delivery of international conferences, exhibitions and webinars. You’ll coordinate venue bookings, vendors, registrations and on-site logistics, with travel to some UK events and occasional overseas trips.

You’ll report on costs and outcomes, working closely with marketing and account management teams to drive successful events. We value hands-on experience delivering events end-to-end, strong organisation, and the ability to

Formación

• At least 3 years' experience organising events from start to finish.
• Excellent organisation with ability to manage many events at once.
• Strong attention to detail to spot missing forms early.
• Confidence building relationships with organisers, venues and suppliers.
• Calm, structured approach to solving problems when plans change.
• Experience running webinars or online events in Zoom or similar.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Turn event decisions into a clear, shared events calendar.
• Book exhibition space, sponsorships, and memberships; track contracts and deadlines.
• Own the exhibitor portal; ensure documents and registrations are submitted on time.
• Plan stand furniture, electrical needs, and on-site services.
• Arrange shipping of stand materials and oversee customs for events outside the UK.
• Coordinate content, attendees and materials with marketing teams.
• Manage registrations and communications; handle on-the-day logistics.
