Job summary

Housing Solutions is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to provide administration, coordination and support across the organisation for learning initiatives.

You will manage training requests, coordinate courses with providers, maintain HR records and assist with e-learning, evaluations and performance management. A strong admin background and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive with strong administration experience.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook, and digital HR systems.
• Excellent written communication and telephone manner.
• Team player who can handle a wide range of admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage training requests and learning queries.
• Coordinate internal and external training courses and bookings.
• Maintain accurate HR records in the HR database.
• Support e-learning, evaluations and performance management processes.
• Raise purchase orders and process invoices for training.
• Update learning plans and intranet information, generate reports.
