Housing Solutions in Maidenhead is seeking an organised Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of our learning objectives through administration, coordination and stakeholder support.

You will manage training requests, organise internal and external courses, maintain HR records and provide reports to support learning management information.

This is a full-time, hybrid role (3 days remote) offering a salary from £31,826 per year.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive Learning & Development professional.
• Supports delivery of learning and development objectives with administration and coordination.
• Experience coordinating internal and external training and managing records in HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality admin support for learning and development.
• Coordinate training bookings, calendar invites, and PO processing.
• Update learning plans and intranet information; assist with e-learning and evaluations.
