Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to support delivery of effective learning and employee experience. The role is hybrid/remote with regular travel to HUBs within the operating region.

You will coordinate learning interventions, track compliance, maintain records, and report performance across the business. The ideal candidate has strong organisation and admin skills and a solid understanding of learning and development and the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leader and colleague learning interventions with suppliers/SMEs, issue invites, maintain attendance registers and track responses.
• Coordinate essential and mandatory compliance training as determined by the job role.
• Maintain training records in the talent management system as required.
• Formally report training performance and compliance to relevant groups across the business.
• Help maximise digitisation in the learning offer and reporting capability through Learn.
• Maintain data on leadership engagement with development.
• Track expenditure on Learning and Experience budgets.
• Jointly manage the team inbox and associated calendars.
• Support the EE&OL team in delivering employee experience and organisational learning interventions.
• Collaborate with the EE Co-ordinator to coordinate EE&OL activity.
