Job summary

Housing Quality Network is seeking an organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People Services Team and help deliver an efficient, customer-focused learning and development service across the organisation.

You will support the delivery of our learning and development objectives by providing high-quality administration, coordination and support to colleagues, managers and external training providers.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administration support for learning & development activities.
• Ability to manage multiple training requests and coordinate internal/external courses.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and record-keeping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external training courses and bookings.
• Maintain accurate records on the HR database and intranet information.
• Support e-learning, learning evaluations and performance management processes.
• Provide reports to support learning and development management information.
